Every graphic designer has daily challenges. Ricardo Suarez is a social communicator, originally from Santiago del Estero, Argentina. He has been with AMOGrowth for 5 months and, thanks to his experience and dedication, he is in charge of leading the creative agency's design team.
After graduating, he found himself in a very limited environment to look for work as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, which is why he decided to start out on social media, with “Tecla Comunicaciones” having many projects in mind and working on brands that are still current and in development, until he was recruited at AMO.

For Ricardo, the key to success in a world so saturated with social media is to nurture creativity through observation, admiration and putting aside the fear of experimenting with unconventional elements. It is also vital to grow as a designer to stay up to date with new technologies and tools that can add value, innovation and professionalism to the work.
It is no secret that in a creative environment, the talent that a person may have is not enough; this alone is not enough; organization, effort and, above all, practice are needed .

Suarez explains that creativity works like a muscle: the more you work it, the stronger it will be, the clearer your vision of solutions will be, and the more comfortable you will be in the process of creating a new product.
Likewise, teamwork is necessary. Ricardo reflects on the impossibility of carrying out any advertising work without a team where respect and support are present among the members, and affirms that a multidisciplinary group is one step closer to maintaining success.
