Post by nusaibatara »

Go to your Facebook page where you are an administrator. In the top right, tap “settings.”

DoParady Facebook page settings

You will be shown the internal page settings, where you will tap on “templates and cards” in the left bar.
You will see a list of all the buttons that Facebook offers you. In the list, you will find “services” and if you have them turned off, tap “turn on” . Then save the change in settings.
In the next step, add a service. Go back to the Facebook page homepage, where you tap the bar on the left and select “services” from the options.
Then tap “add service.” A window will appear where you can fill in all the details.

You can choose from several options for pricing your service. You may or may not want to display the price. However, we recommend that you do. As mentioned above, this lets new customers know what to expect and how much it will cost. It makes your salon seem more authentic and trustworthy, which will help you build your reputation.

Communicate actively
If someone leaves you a comment, respond. If someone leaves you a buy phone number list review, respond as well. Say thank you and express your sincere joy. Every positive review increases your credibility.

However, if you receive a negative review, don't ignore it. Instead, find out what's going on and find a solution. It could be someone on your team who made a mistake, so it's important to talk about it to avoid a similar situation in the future. Also read How to (not) respond to negative reviews .
