How do you imagine your ideal collaborator (right)?

Point one, implement the continuous selection strategy in your company
Point two, research and selection , the word itself says it means looking for quality in quantity and therefore the right person, don't stop at the first one!
In fact, the first 10 certainly won't be good, but that's part of the game.

I often hear our customers say “the right person” and it is a fantuan data correct concept but… I ask you this question:



You would definitely list all the technical things he should know and then end up telling me that he has to be reliable, have a good character, have a good work ethic, etc., so these are all soft skills.

At this point, isn't it better to also look for a junior person but who has all these soft skills (and more) and then teach them the technical side?
