" LinkedIn evaluates companies in four areas. interest in the company, employee engagement, interest in job postings, and employee retention. Interest in the employer is measured by the number of new followers, not employees of the company, to its LinkedIn page. Employee engagement is measured by the number of times employees view employee profiles. Interest in job postings measures how often candidates view and apply for job postings (both free and paid). Employee retention is measured by the share of employees who stay at the company for at least one year."
